Prior to 2010, our Kaine Mathrick Tech (or simply KMT) founders were working in the IT industry: Managing Director, Brad and his long time best mate Scott. Working at a large managed service provider they became increasingly frustrated with reoccurring problems in the industry including; inconsistent service delivery, bad treatment of service staff, clients frustrated at juggling multiple providers, hidden charges with break fix model and no accountability for clients IT environment.
The guys saw the opportunity to move towards a more rewarding partnership model, coupled with a desire to provide a new level of customer care with an IT service that provides reliable, accountable IT resources and services. We are here to change the game and become a true IT partner.
By combining their many years of experience as solution architects and technical experts, KMT was created from a basement in the north of Melbourne and the boys were finally free from the restraints of corporate limitations that forced minimal service for maximum profit.
From day one, they challenged the status quo and dared to be different, they were committed to putting people and relationships first – treating everyone they came in contact with respect, honesty and integrity. Today, KMT is challenging the industry and the way the industry views IT Managed Services.
Despite our humble beginnings we are becoming one of the fastest growing Australian owned and operated Managed Service Provider, IT Strategy & Consulting and Cyber security provider in Australia. Our Journey has been exciting.
