We have currently a 35% balance of women in management positions and this is growing towards an equal representation with our gender-balanced hiring policy.

My favourite part of working for KMT is being part of a team on the Service Desk. Everyone has been so helpful and kind towards me in my journey at KMT and I truly feel like I belong in my team. My fellow team members feel more like friends than just co-workers to me and I can rely on their assistance and collaboration every single day.
