Kaine Mathrick Tech has ranked #9 in Australia in the top MSP awards for managed service providers operators in Australia for the second year in a row.

Cloudtango announced Kaine Mathrick Tech in the top 10 MSP’s in Australia as part of its MSP50 Australia 2021 awards.

Each year, Cloudtango recognizes some of the most successful managed service providers (MSPs) around the world in what has become a global reference due to our independent, unbiased approach, as well as in-depth analysis. In the seventh edition of the awards, we continue to highlight technical excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction provided by the MSP industry. As much as we would like to leave Covid-19 behind us, its undeniable influence in businesses around the globe has drastically changed how IT and cloud services are being delivered by MSPs. Looking back into 2020, the fantastic and timely response to the pandemic provided by MSPs at large was fully accounted into our selection process.

For the 2021 awards, our technical analysis focused on Cybersecurity, Support, Infrastructure and Cloud services. Through the selection process, seven years of data have been analyzed, 223 different types of certifications have been reviewed, 95 vendor partnerships have been accounted, and 22 different IT services have been evaluated. To help us manage a pre-selection process with such a large amount of data, we combined a set of new machine learning techniques along with the work of our editors in order to screen over 6,000 MSPs from up to 35 different countries.
