Providing daily marketing support to Marketing Manager in digital marketing, event management and content writing. The role will also involve reporting to deliver continuous improvements across all digital platforms. 

Level 3 Service Desk Technician

Based in Port Melbourne
The purpose of this role is to provide a high standard of remote, telephone and email support to our customers, by providing service excellence in every engagement and acting as the escalation point for the level 2 support team.
