The Service Desk Team Leader reports to our Service Desk Manager and is a key position within our Service Desk. Our Team Leaders play a vital and hands on role in our service delivery.

Senior Systems Engineer

Based in Port Melbourne
The purpose of this role is to provide a high standard of remote, onsite, telephone and email support to customers, by providing service excellence in every engagement and acting as the escalation point for the level 1 & 2 support team.
