Seamless Implementation and cutover with no downtime

1. Discovery
Our discovery process begins with a meeting with your team to discuss the overall assess and design approach and requirements.
2. Telephony and Network Assessment
We will then assess your current Data Utilisation and review your existing data links and locations and provide a plan. If you are experiencing ongoing issues, we can make recommendations on improvements.
3. Call Flow Analysis
Based on the outcomes of the discovery meeting, we will establish a Call Flow and develop a deployment plan. The plan will be presented for sign off.
4. Deployment
Onsite deployment of devices, handsets, headsets. Handsets will plug into an existing Data Point and the user can login with their Office 365 Username and Password.
5. Project Cutover and Discontinuation of Existing Services
The implementation will occur remotely and will CutOver to Teams Calling when:
- The Call Flow configuration changes have been tested and agreed as working.
- All numbers have been successfully migrated to Office 365.
KMT will provide a completion document and a final check with our project management team
