What happens if I need IT support outside of business hours.
If you are to experience an emergency considered high-impact, our service desk will provide our best attempt to fix it as soon as possible, for non-critical IT issues, our support desk operates within business hours. Escalation is possible via your Account & Service Desk Manager.
