Huge congratulations to Steve and James, our Employees of the year 2020.

On Friday 11th December, everyone at Kaine Mathrick Tech came together to celebrate the year that was.  For many, it was the first time they had seen their teammates in over 6 months due to the government imposed lockdown for COVID-19.  An exceptional time was had by all, but two people were more excited as we announced the annual coveted Top Gun and Rising Star Awards.

These awards are not given lightly, at the end of the year a survey is sent to all staff asking them to nominate who they believe the Top Gun and Rising Star should be for the year – we like to think of it as our Brownlow :).

Despite everything that’s happened this year, we’ve been busy at KMT, and we’ve achieved heaps. From our new brand, to launching a new cyber security service, winning more than a few awards, celebrating our 10 year anniversary, to mastering zoom calls and at-home coffee art, there are definitely some great things that came out of 2020.

This year has brought many challenges to our usual ways of working, but our team united together and managed to pivot not only their own personal working conditions, but those of our clients.

We are so proud of our team and would like to thank each and every one of you for your commitment to our vision of changing the game by putting people and relationships first.

Our Top Gun award is a peer recognition award voted by all team members.

To be successful, it is expected the winner has consistently lived and breathed our values United and Accountable and be Changing the Game.

The winner of the Top Gun award is Stephen Kennedy, Professional Services Manager.

James is heavily relied on in A Team for his ability and willingness to constantly give to his clients and his team.  He is always amongst the first person to respond to requests for help from his team.  He is a bit of a quiet achiever but has achieved a lot in his first year with KMT.

James is unfailingly polite and respectful to his clients and colleagues.  Always United, Accountable and well on his way to becoming a Game Changer.
