Kaine Mathrick Tech has ranked #9 in Australia in the top MSP awards for managed service providers operators in Australia for the second year in a row.
“It is an honour to be recognised by Cloudtango in 2021 in the top 10 MSP’s in Australia coming from 42nd place in 2020 to #9. It is a testament to our incredible team who are united and accountable every day and are Changing the Game of Managed Services in Australia. The testimonials provided by our clients – all 5 star – are greatly appreciated and it is a true reflection of the experience they receive by being a client of KMT. Cloudtango assessed over 6000 MSP’s on Cybersecurity, IT Support and Cloud Services and we are so proud that KMT has been ranked at the top” said Managing Director Bradley Kaine.
Achieving a top ranking for Australian MSP’s for the second year in a row, reflects our commitment to providing the most exceptional customer experience and going above and beyond in each and every interaction. This begins when a customer experiences KMT’s digital presence through to our onboarding process and ultimately how we treat them as a customer.
More on Cloudtango
Each year, Cloudtango recognizes some of the most successful managed service providers (MSPs) around the world in what has become a global reference due to our independent, unbiased approach, as well as in-depth analysis. In the seventh edition of the awards, we continue to highlight technical excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction provided by the MSP industry. As much as we would like to leave Covid-19 behind us, its undeniable influence in businesses around the globe has drastically changed how IT and cloud services are being delivered by MSPs. Looking back into 2020, the fantastic and timely response to the pandemic provided by MSPs at large was fully accounted into our selection process.
For the 2021 awards, our technical analysis focused on Cybersecurity, Support, Infrastructure and Cloud services. Through the selection process, seven years of data have been analyzed, 223 different types of certifications have been reviewed, 95 vendor partnerships have been accounted, and 22 different IT services have been evaluated. To help us manage a pre-selection process with such a large amount of data, we combined a set of new machine learning techniques along with the work of our editors in order to screen over 6,000 MSPs from up to 35 different countries.
