Hi All,
Happy new year! We hope you all had a lovely holiday season and celebrated with your loved ones.
Whilst we are all settling into 2022, it seems that both businesses and technology will continue to be shaped and influenced by the (dare I say it) ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. It seems that we are not yet off the hook just yet!
This year businesses will move past operating in uncertainty to focus on agility, working to take advantage of new trends and changing circumstances to improve their position. Businesses must accept the unpredictability of the pandemic as their new normal and instead of operating in a fog of uncertainty, use data and analytics to find clarity.
We are reaching the end of another COVID-19 affected year with 6 lockdowns affecting Victorian businesses and cybercriminals continuing to take advantage of the pandemic. Forward-thinking companies will move from being reactive to proactively developing strategies to help them thrive.
On another note, it seems that hybrid working is here to stay and so are the cybercriminals. Hybrid working comes with additional risks and employees are often less vigilant when in the comfort of their own home. We are urging all businesses are urged to ensure that they consider their cyber measures are adequate to protect them.
Take Care!
