When Scott and Bradley started Kaine Mathrick Tech over 12 years ago their goal was not only to build a company that supported the technology needs of Australian businesses and provide exceptional experiences for our team and clients. So, how did KMT earn a Great Place to Work certification in 2022?
Using the Great Place to work’s rigorous methodology, we conducted an extensive employee survey. The result was 98% of our employees have a consistently positive experience at Kaine Mathrick Tech and selected it as a great place to work.
Our team rated our credibility, impartiality, competence, integrity, leadership behaviour, innovation and justice 98% and above. These are all focus areas for our team as we continue on our growth agenda to reach our goal to become the leading MSP in Australia.
At Kaine Mathrick Tech, we continue to implement benefits that help us foster an inclusive and supportive work environment. We have our monthly FOMO events where our team can connect with each other outside of work. Our annual Christmas celebrations have become legendary and our EOFY party is one not to be missed. In addition to this, we recognise our most awesome employees each month as judged by our clients and team and we have a points system where our team members can give each other points based on ‘good deeds’ they have done for each other. Our annual Top Gun and Rising Star awards are in their 11th year this year and are highly sought after with an epic financial reward attached.
We also offer a flexible working environment where our employees can work from home or even work interstate in some cases. We recognise the value in providing flexibility for our teams.
