Customer Service is EVERYTHING to KMT and customer service needs to be everything to you. We need someone with warmth, character, a smile in their voice and the desire to bring their A game to each and every interaction with our clients and our team.  We are looking for someone who is prepared to go above and beyond.

  • Answering phone calls with warmth and professionalism
  • Lodging service desk requests with appropriate prioritisation
  • Assisting team leader with day-to-day operations on the service desk
  • Assisting team leader with the dispatch of service tickets – triage requests
  • Arranging client site visits and managing the calendar
  • Overseeing procurement requests through to deployment
  • Assisting the service desk with follow up calls and email communication to clients
  • Oversee and maintain the Support Mailbox
  • Receipt and dispatch of client orders in our warehouse
