Customer Service is EVERYTHING to KMT and customer service needs to be everything to you. We need someone with warmth, character, a smile in their voice and the desire to bring their A game to each and every interaction with our clients and our team. We are looking for someone who is prepared to go above and beyond.
- Answering phone calls with warmth and professionalism
- Lodging service desk requests with appropriate prioritisation
- Assisting team leader with day-to-day operations on the service desk
- Assisting team leader with the dispatch of service tickets – triage requests
- Arranging client site visits and managing the calendar
- Overseeing procurement requests through to deployment
- Assisting the service desk with follow up calls and email communication to clients
- Oversee and maintain the Support Mailbox
- Receipt and dispatch of client orders in our warehouse
