1. Where is your IT support desk located?
Our managed IT Support teams are located in a. Australia, we do not offshore our IT Support team, your dedicated IT Support team is based locally in Port Melbourne, in fact, we encourage you to visit our offices and meet your team.
2. What other costs may arise other than the monthly Managed IT Support fees?
There are no hidden costs. Our Managed IT Support model is charged per user on a monthly basis which ensures there are no other costs. If a client requires some additional work undertaken for perhaps infrastructure, cloud migrations, new hardware for instance; all projects will be fully scoped and quoted prior to any works being undertaken with approval by the client.
3. Does KMT help us with our IT Strategy and Direction?
Yes, KMT pride themselves on building true partnerships, we support our clients in all matters of technology. As our client, you will have access to our senior Solutions Architects and Directors to discuss your technology. A more formal annual review is recommended with our Best Practice Reviews which will result in a technology roadmap complete with timings and budget tailored to your business needs.
4. What happens if I need support out of your Service Desk hours?
As your Managed IT Support provider, we become your IT department. If you are to experience an emergency outside of the normal IT Support desk hours, you will have an option to escalate your issue via your Account & Service Desk Manager. We will assess the business impact severity of the issue and resolve as soon as possible.
5. Will we deal with the same IT Support personnel?
Our IT Support Desk teams are structured in small teams with a Senior Technician as their team leader. Each team is dedicated to a small number of clients who they work with for the duration of the relationship. This means they develop an intimate knowledge of your business and systems. We pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service.
