Our Engagement Process
1. 15 minute Discovery call with Bradley Kaine
Meeting with our Managing Director Bradley Kaine, in your 15 minute discovery call, we will conduct an introductory meeting to understand you and your high level technology requirements.
2. Capability Demonstration
In this meeting we will agree a time to meet your team and present our Capability Demonstration so you can fully understand our services and how they would work within your businesses needs.
We will further dig into your pain points and issues and have a high level discussion around your technology going forward. You will gain a very clear picture of how we work, what we stand for and how we can work together.
3. Audit
This is where we will take a good look ‘under the hood’ and map out your infrastructure and how you are set up so we can understand if our services will be viable for you. We will identify your vulnerabilities and provide advice on how your infrastructure can become more stable and secure. This process can take a few days to a week or two depending on the size of your business and the number of end users you have. At the end of this process, we will understand your requirements and make recommendations on how to improve.
4. Presentation
Our team will once again meet with you either at our offices so you can meet us and the team, or at yours and we will present our solution and commercials. If you are happy, then we will arrange all contracts, organise a full meet and greet onboarding event so you can meet your Account Manager, dedicated IT support team and our Managing Director and Technical Director if you have not met them already.
5. Onboarding
This is where they magic happens! Our technical guys will come out on site and start documenting your environment and systems and prepare your business for cut over. Our engineers will deploy our bespoke best-in-class tools across your systems and devices so your network is monitored around the clock. Our onboarding team will teach your team how to log tickets and take you through our thorough onboarding process.
6. Strategy + Account Management
Your Account Manager will schedule regular reviews with your team based on your business requirements. Annual Best Practice Reviews are recommended with the outcome of a detailed technology roadmap with clear budget and prioritisation so you can budget and prepare the year ahead.
