Our Managed IT Service teams are located in Melbourne. Our business made a conscious decision not to off shore our teams and because they are based locally in Melbourne, we encourage you to visit our office and meet your IT support team.
Are there any other costs that may arise other than my monthly Managed Services contract?
Our Managed IT Support model is charged on a monthly basis. Meaning your business can easily budget your IT costs month to month with no hidden surprises. If you require any upgrades, new hardware, or decide to improve your cyber security posture, you will be provided with a separate scope and quote to proceed at your own pace.
Will you assist with our IT strategy and provide an IT roadmap?
As part of the Managed IT Services contract, we provide you with ongoing account management support where we will meet with you regularly. Our meetings will consist of understanding your business goals and advising you of new and relevant technology solutions to achieve your goals.
Where required, we will involve our senior Solutions Architects and Directors to discuss your technology. A formal Best Practice Review is also recommended to formalise your technology roadmap complete with timings and budget tailored to your business needs.
What happens if I need IT support out of your Service Desk hours?
As your Melbourne MSP, our people become your IT department. If you are to experience an high-impact emergency, we will provide our best attempt to fix it as soon as possible, for non-critical IT issues, our support desk operates within business hours. You do have an option to escalate your issue via your Account & Service Desk Manager. We will assess the business impact severity of the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.
