How it works
Our TCO365 offering removes the complexity of managing a dedicated PABX, PSTN, ISDN and SIP access network. Telstra will provide a fully managed link directly into Office 365 so all you need is adequate internet access.
Full-managed Telstra link
Telstra provides a link to enable you to direct all voice calling into the Office 365 cloud, meaning there is no need for complex technology roll outs. Users are allocated with a phone number and you can choose whether to migrate or port existing landline numbers or allocate new ones.
Set up if managed using greenfield numbers so full testing can take place without interfering with the existing telephony environment. When ready KMT will port all existing numbers into the TCO365 environment providing a completely transparent migration.

You can also allocate new numbers as your users grow or reallocate numbers as staff change roles via the Microsoft 365 administration portal.
Customized call flows
A call flow is a road map to how calls will be handled from the moment they enter the phone system to the end of the call. Call flows can be used to handle even the most complex call scenarios and enable great customer care.
If your business is not ready to move your communications completely to the cloud there is an option to adopt a hybrid solution. Alternatively a managed gateway can connect your on-premises voice environment to the Microsoft Cloud.

Seamless Implementation and cutover with no downtime
Our discovery process begins with a meeting with your team to discuss the overall assess and design approach and requirements.
2. Telephony and Network Assessment
We will then assess your current Data Utilisation and review your existing data links and locations and provide a plan. If you are experiencing ongoing issues, we can make recommendations on improvements.
3. Call Flow Analysis
Based on the outcomes of the discovery meeting, we will establish a Call Flow and develop a deployment plan. The plan will be presented for sign off.
Onsite deployment of devices, handsets, headsets. Handsets will plug into an existing Data Point and the user can login with their Office 365 Username and Password.
5. Project Cutover and Discontinuation of Existing Services
The implementation will occur remotely and will CutOver to TCO365 when:
- The Call Flow configuration changes have been tested and agreed as working.
- All numbers have been successfully migrated to Office 365.

What Microsoft license do I need to have?
A current Microsoft 365 subscription is required.
What is the minimum amount of users I need?
A minimum of 20 users is required.
Can I use my current numbers?
You can choose to use your existing numbers and port or migrate them into Office 365 or allocate new numbers. As you grow, so can your TCO365 with ease, simply set them up via the administration portal with a new number.
How much downtime will there be during testing and cutover?
Technically there should be no downtime for your business.
Testing will be conducted using Greenfield numbers so it will not interfere with your current call flow.
Cutover will occur during Business Hours Monday to Friday prior to 4-5pm to allow for Telstra staff to make changes if necessary.
