Before KMT provided us with a cloud-based solution, we had many issues constraining our productivity here at CHC. The main issue aging infrastructure and a business that had twice the amount of network requirements. The solution was to implement a network capable of scalability as well as interoperability with a technology-driven outcome. This involved specialized meeting rooms, booking systems, AV setups as well as virtual calling rooms. Our staff required remote access and we made a busienss decision to introduce remote working and hot desking, hence needed to accommodate staff movements. Office 365 enabled our teams to work from a virtual remote desktop meaning our teams can log in securely from anywhere.
