James is a hard working and motivated support technician with nearly 2 years’ experience in technical support and 8 years in customer service roles. James like to take on challenges as he feels the best way to learn more is through experience, he is also focused on giving excellent service as happy customers are key to success.

Outside of work

James enjoys going for bush walks and being active, growing up in Tasmania gave him a great appreciation for nature.
