Xavier Miller

Xavier is an extremely motivated and people-driven HR professional with over 16 years of experience across a wide range of human resource management contracts and projects. Xavier has been working alongside KMT Group for the past 3 years and has been heavily focused on attracting and retaining the current team we have here at KMT, as well as developing our HR & People development framework.

Outside of work

Xavier loves to play tennis, water ski and be an eager supporter of his kids sporting activities.
