Background

Zain’s passion for technology and client service shines in their role as a Level 1 Service Desk Techinician at KMT.  With an academic foundation in accounting, Zain is fervently expanding his IT expertise, pursuing further certifications with a particular interest in carving a niche in the realm of security.

Outside of work

Zain loves to go for hiking trips with his family, an avid gamer since his days of youth mostly on PC playing FPS games like CS & Dota 2 (MOBA) where his curiosity into IT stemmed from with his whole family involved in the IT sector in some way.
