I want to formally thank you for the mighty effort of the KMT team in rolling out the new hardware to all PLS personnel. Our team felt it went as well as could possibly be expected and it was great working with you all to achieve the planned outcome. Since then, not unexpectedly, we have identified a few minor issues but they have been dealt with promptly by KMT support team. Please also pass on our thanks to Mike for his work in deploying the equipment. He and Dan were very flexible and accommodating over the course of the day and even installed a backup printer for us at short notice. It was great to kick off our formal relationship on a positive note and we look forward to deepening that relationship in the future.
