During an urgent and quite stressful issue this morning with our MD’s device I contacted KMT for assistance.

Madeline first answered the call and understood the urgency and level of support we required.  She promptly forwarded the request to Zac and he contacted our MD in a matter of minutes.  During this time (which sometimes can feel like hours to the person in need), I reached out to KMT for an update on the status and Eden answered my call and provided me a quick update and advised that Madeline was also experiencing her own device issues, which I have to add did not impede on her ability to support our request.

I would like to praise your team members for their professionalism, urgent offer of support and great customer service.  The matter was rectified to our great relief and satisfaction.
